2. Scope. We process personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and, where applicable to visitors in the EU/EEA, the GDPR.

3. Data we process.

  • Server log files. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically stores technical data (IP address, browser type, date/time, pages accessed) for security and stable operation. Hosting is provided by Vultr (The Constant Company, LLC).
  • Cookies & consent. We use a consent tool (Complianz) to obtain and manage your cookie choices. Non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics) are only set after your consent. Details are in the cookie banner / cookie policy.
  • Google Analytics 4. With your consent, we use GA4 to understand site usage. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. Data may be transferred to the USA under appropriate safeguards. IP processing is shortened/anonymised where supported, and Google Consent Mode respects your choice.
  • Google Search Console. We use aggregated, non-identifying search-performance data from Google.
  • Appointment booking. If you book a call, this is handled by the external scheduling service YouCanBook.me; the data you enter there is processed by that provider.
  • Direct contact. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide to respond to your request.
  • We do not run a newsletter or advertising/tracking pixels on this site at this time.

4. Legal bases (where GDPR applies). Consent (analytics/cookies); legitimate interest (secure operation, log files); performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps (bookings and enquiries).

5. Recipients & transfers. Processors acting on our behalf: our hosting provider (Vultr), Google (analytics/search), and YouCanBook.me (scheduling). Where data is transferred outside Switzerland/the EU (e.g. to the USA via Google), this is based on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law, then delete it.

7. Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to information about, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Contact: team@lehype.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC).

8. Changes. We may update this policy to reflect changes to our site or legal requirements. The current version applies.
